Payment Policy

Payment is processed at the time of booking. Prices may be subject to change.

The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons in their party and visitors whilst on the property. Any guest causing a disturbance that may be affecting another guest's right to quiet enjoyment can be required to leave at their own expense.
Damage to our property and any costs associated with such that result in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
Cascades Lakefront Motel does not allow smoking in the motel rooms. Please smoke outside and use the ashtrays provided. If found to have smoked in the room you will be liable for the cost to deodorise the room including carpets, bedding and carpets as well as the cost involved in not being able to re let the room.
This policy also applies to strong smelling Foods: The cooking of fish or shellfish and other strong-smelling foods is not permitted in our motel units, in order to avoid residual, lingering food odours. A portable barbeque is available on request at no extra cost, for such cooking to be done outdoors.
Guests, once checked-in, become liable for the security of themselves, their possessions, their vehicles and the contents of the room. To prevent theft, please remember to lock-it-up!



Check In/Check Out Policy

Guest Check In is available from 2:00 pm
Guests must Check Out prior to 10:00 am

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in. After that time 1 night’s accommodation must be paid. If cancellation is made on the day of arrival, or for a no-show, the full amount must be paid. During event weekends, Public holiday weekends and the Christmas/New Year period a 7 day cancellation applies.

Child Policy

All children and Infants MUST be included when making bookings
Children 2yrs and under are NOT charged when using an existing bed being used.
Guests 3yrs and over will be charged $25 per person.
Portacots, cot bedding, highchairs and stair gates are available on request and are subject to availability.

Other

FREE internet station in reception. FREE WIFI in all the rooms.

Pets accepted on a case by case basis and strictly by prior arrangement with on-site motel staff. Fee applies. Please enquire for details.
